Situated on the banks of the Molalla River, The Grove is one of the most beautiful settings in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Located halfway between Portland and Salem, The Grove is easy to get to from virtually anywhere in Northern Oregon and Southern Washington.
Come celebrate your special day with us and stay for the weekend. We offer a variety of ceremony and reception venues to choose from and several overnight options for up to 300 guests including our Riverfront Lodge, Plaza Lodge, Woodland Cabins and roomy bunkhouses.

OUR VENUES
Say your “I do’s” in our scenic Columbia Room at the Riverfront Lodge, with the serene Molalla River and towering pine tree covered lawn providing your ceremony with a beautiful natural backdrop. The Columbia Room features 20-foot floor to ceiling windows and a big deck so you can take in all of the picturesque surroundings. Or, choose our historic Big Red Barn with high exposed wood beam ceilings, large stage and multitude of windows. Another option is our octagonal shaped Mt. Hood Pavilion with high vaulted wood ceilings, large brick fireplace and a fantastic stage!
Afterwards, join your guests for a delightful reception outdoors in the Plaza Courtyard with its large stone firepit and easy access to our Fireside Room, Big Red Barn and Plaza Lodge. Indoor options include our rustic Plaza Lodge Dining Hall with its large stone fireplace, our Big Red Barn and our Mt. Hood Pavilion. Flexible event spaces offer a blank canvas that you can transform and decorate any way you like.
The Grove sits on over 74 acres of forest and river front and we would love to work with you to find the perfect spot for your ceremony and reception. Every couple is different and that’s why every wedding is unique. Anything is possible at The Grove!

WEDDING RETREATS
With beds for up to 300 guests in four different accommodation options, we know that you’re going to be comfortable here. Lodging selections include our signature Riverfront Lodge, historic Plaza Lodge, cozy Woodland Cabins and our roomy bunkhouses.
With all of our acres of woods and waterfront there is plenty of room to play, explore, and relax. Our large activity fields are perfect for soccer, football, frisbee golf or ultimate frisbee. We also have a championship beach volleyball court, two gaga ball courts, a zip line and monkey swing. Arrange with The Grove staff to have a lifeguard on duty at our pool or enjoy water activities like fishing, tubing or water sliding down at the river in the summer months.
